It had a nice and unbeatable location close to Muscat Grand Mall, and the beach and the grand mosque. Loved the way our deluxe room with a good view was arranged.

Luxury and comfortable hotel with an exceptional restaurant in Muscat. Very courteous staff and management. Extremely spacious room, terry cloth bathrobes, shower caps, and towels in the room. Favourable and magnificent location, a short walk to Oman Avenues Mall. Just 20 minutes walking to the city center.

We spend 5 nights in Muscat really good. Had big size deluxe king room with a good view and wake-up service was available in it. The local staff was outstandingly accommodating.

grand millennium muscat exceeded my expectations with their lovely staff and exceptional Omani hospitality. The hotel's location is amazing, connected to a major mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool is a must-visit.

One of the concierge Justin has been very committed to fulfill our wishes and he has organized a special birthday for me with gifts. The golf courses were very beautiful and nearby.

The room service was not very good, there was something missing every day - refill coffee, tea, shower gel, cotton pads etc.. The majority of taxi drivers wanted to take advantage of us, each time a higher price for the same route, they probably think the tourists are stupid.

breakfast too expensive, prefer to have breakfast in the grand mall, is located right next to the hotel and is connected to the hotel via a small bridge. 3min on foot there's a second huge mall (muscat avenues mall), where you can also find many delicious breakfast possibilities. the hotel could offer an airport shuttle for the price. taxis are quite expensive (10 omr oneway).

I loved comfy and prime location of this property.

The room was perfect with smoke detectors for safety measures, and coffee and tea making equipment, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

The king room I stayed in was fabulous with a great view, and the staff and host were all very welcoming.

The staff were consistently courteous, their services were friendly. Had extremely spacious room with comfortable bed, a good view and large bath for a very comfortable stay.
